If you have access to the G Suite Admin Console, you can generate the transfer token yourself. Follow the steps below to generate the transfer token:
- Go to https://admin.google.com/TransferToken.
- Sign in with your G Suite Administrator username and password.
- The page automatically generates a token.
- Copy the token’s alphanumeric code.
Kindly note that we currently do not support the free G-Suite plan on our platform and only Google apps for work [Basic plan] is supported.
Also make sure you fulfill the following requirements,
- You are on an Annual plan with the current provider with a monthly billing cycle and you are still not in the last 30 days of the plan.
- G-Suite orders can only be transferred in the last 30 days of the existing plan.
- You currently have a paid Add On services like Google Vault etc that prohibits the G-Suite transfer as our platform does not support these add Ons.
- G-Suite is not currently under a different reseller, it can only be under Google directly. (If G-Suite is with a different reseller then please make provisions so that the account can be under Google directly)
