If you’re going on a vacation or going to be away from your emails for a while, you may want to setup an autoresponder to reply to your email with a pre-defined message. Here’s how you set it up:
1. Login to Plesk Panel.
2. Click on Mail.
3. From the list of email addresses, click on the email for which you want to set the Auto responder.
4. Click on Auto-Reply tabfrom the menu.
5. Tick the box for ‘Switch on auto-reply’.
6. Set a Subject for the auto responder.
7. Select the Message format.
8. Type in the content for the auto response under Message Text.
9. Under Forwards, type in an email address if you would like to forward the original message sent to you to someone else.
10. Set the number of times an auto reply should be sent to unique email address.
11. Incase you want to send an attachment, click on Browse to select the file from your computer.
12. Click OK.
That’s it, the autoresponder will now inform people that you can't reply to your emails for sometime.
