Reset your VPS server to original state

Important:

Reinstalling  the vps will reset  your VPS  to original state  and will have the same configuration at the time you purchased .All the data on the server will be lost. Hence take the backup of all data on the server before you proceed with resetting your VPS server. Check the kb for taking backup from powerpanel

Step 1

First, Login to Virtuozzo Power panel

From the left-hand frame, click the Maintenance link in the Container Services menu.

Click on Reinstall on the maintenance tab

Step 4

You need to stop the container before proceeding with re-installation. Click Stop Virtual Environment to stop your container

Step 5

Once the container is stopped, you can start the re-installation. You will see different options here.

Click on Reinstall on the next page

This will take time. You can monitor the process by clicking on Details

Once the reinstallation is complete, start the container by clicking on Start

Reinstallation is done now. If needed, you may restore the backup taken on an earlier stage.
