Dear Reseller,
Our Linux Reseller Hosting product comes with cPanel, an intuitive server and site management platform. Since cPanel has modified their cost structure, we are updating our product and prices to accommodate the revised cPanel price hike.
After considering multiple approaches to best address this change in a way that is least disruptive to our clients, we have decided to avoid migration and to modify the existing Reseller Hosting plans. This will not impact the websites hosted on the Linux Reseller Hosting plans and there will be no downtime.
The Linux Reseller Hosting orders that are newly provisioned on or after 25th April 2022 will carry the revised packaging and prices mentioned here. For all existing Linux Reseller Hosting orders, the revised packaging and pricing will come into effect on renewal of the product. Please review the new plan structure and revised prices that will come into effect on 25th April 2022, here. In case auto-renewal was previously enabled on the hosting plan, it will be disabled after the revised packaging and prices comes into effect. In case you would like to enable it, you can do so by logging in to your order management panel. Please note, there is an option to purchase additional cPanel accounts from the control panel.
After 25th April, all the plans will only include 5 cPanel accounts by default. Additional cPanel accounts will be considered in blocks.
