The migration process which will be carried out in batches is tentitively schedule from May 28, 2018 to June 30, 2018. All the specific details regarding the migration of your orders and the exact dates and times will be communicated to you in the coming weeks.
For your information, the following changes will be applicable in connection with this migration:
How will you be impacted?
(1) Downtime
You will experience some downtime as a result of the migration process. The exact details are in the table below:

| Plesk | Plesk will not be accessible (i) via Client Area for 2 (two) days; (ii) via the browser for 1 (one) day. Additionally, FTP will also not be available for 1 (one) day. Further, the websites hosted on these servers will face a downtime for a maximum of 1 (one) hour wherein, the website will not resolve. Subject to you fulfilling the obligations in point (iii) below, once the migration process is complete the website will start resolving from the US servers. |
| cPanel | cPanel will not be accessible via Client Area for 2 (two) days. However, the same can be accessed via Port 2083 through the browser, subject to a 1 (one) hour downtime (i.e. during the migration). Further, during the migration (i.e. the aforementioned 1 (one) hour downtime), the websites hosted on these servers will also not resolve. Subject to you fulfilling the obligations in point (iii) below, once the migration process is complete the website will start resolving from the US servers. |
(2) IP Address
The IP address of the new server (in the US) will be different from the old server (in Turkey). If an order in Turkey has a dedicated IP, a new dedicated IP will be provided to each such order in the US.
(3) DNS

(4) Product region
The server region will change from Turkey to United States of America.
(5) Renewals
All subsequent renewals would occur only on the US plans.
(6) Order ID
When the migrations process is completed your order ID for your hosting packages will change.
(7) Plan Parameters

What will not be affected
Post migration the experience on cPanel and Plesk panel will remain unaffected
Any installed SSL certificates will be migrated from the Turkey Servers to the US Servers
Your expiration dates for your current orders will remain the same. No additional charge will be levied for the remainder of your tenure
