As part of our ongoing revamp of the Linux Shared Hosting infrastructure, we are excited to announce a few new improvements for you:
Improved security: We will be introducing a new process of scanning all our servers. With this new and more secure method, you will no longer be needed to run any scans on your own cPanel account. As a result, we shall be disabling the Virus Scanner plugin from your cPanel.
Better control: We will no longer be blocking ports 465 and 587 on running scans on your accounts. This means that you will no longer need to reach out to us for unblocking any ports. To this effect, we will be disabling the Port Block Check plugin from your cPanel as well.
In case you are not using our default cPanel name servers, you will have to add the following SPF record to your DNS zone file:
