Setting up email on your Blackberry is super easy and will not take you more than 2 minutes. So let's do it:

On your Blackberry home screen, tap Setup

Click on Email Accounts

Click on Internet Mail Account

Click on Set up another email account

Click on Other
-
Enter your email address & password
-
Click on Continue
-
Click on Change Settings

Set the Incoming Email Server as pop.yourdomain.com
Note:
If you have a Linux Hosting package, Incoming mail server will be mail.yourdomain.com
If you have a Windows Hosting package, Incoming mail server will be yourdomain.com

Select Outgoing Email Server as smtp.yourdomain.com
Note:
If you have a Linux Hosting package, Outgoing mail server will be mail.yourdomain.com
If you have a Windows Hosting package, Outgoing mail server will be yourdomain.com

Leave Use SSL option unchecked

Click on Save
-
Enter your email password to validate

Click on OK
That’s it. You are all set to use your email account on your Blackberry
