Setting up your email on Windows Phone is super easy and will not take you more than 5 minutes. So let's do it:
1. Swipe left on your Thumbnail Home Screen

2. Tap Settings

3. Tap email+accounts

4. Tap add an account

5. Tap advanced setup

6. Enter your Email address and Password
7. Tap next

8. Tap Internet email

9. Select Account type as IMAP4 or POP (We recommend you to go for "IMAP4". It keeps your emails in sync with the server)
10. Set the Incoming email server as imap.yourdomain.com (If you want to use POP account type, set the POP server as pop.yourdomain.com)
Note:
- If you have a Linux Hosting package, Incoming mail server will be mail.yourdomain.com
- If you have a Windows Hosting package, Incoming mail server will be yourdomain.com
11. Set the Ougoing (SMTP) email server as smtp.yourdomain.com
Note:
- If you have a Linux Hosting package, Outgoing mail server will be mail.yourdomain.com
- If you have a Windows Hosting package, Outgoing mail server will be yourdomain.com
12. Ensure the following checkboxes are ticked:
- Outgoing server requires authentication
- Use the same username and password for sending email
13. Set the email download frequency
14. Click Sign in & you are all set to use your emails on your Windows Phone
